Charity Shop Assistant Charity Shop Assistant | Dundee and Angus ADHD Support Group | Volunteer Opportunity Opportunity details Dundee and Angus ADHD Support Group was set up 5 years ago by a parent who saw that there were no support groups for parents of children with ADHD. The main aim of the group is to help raise awareness of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. One year ago, we opened a charity shop to allow the young people that we work with to learn new life skills that they can then take forward into adulthood. The shop has been a great success and now we need more volunteers to help run it. If you have even 1-2hours a week that you could help, then we would love to hear from you. Organisations and Aims and Objectives The organisation's purposes are the advancement of education - to support and empower parents and carers of children and young people with ADHD; the advancement of health - the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage; the provision of recreational facilities and the promotion of equality and diversity - raising awareness of the condition, tolerance and acceptance of ADHD.
